Wide receiver and defensive back Brandon Ifill from Pittsburgh (Pa.) Penn Hills has a scholarship offer on the table from the Nittany Lions.
The 6-foot and 180-pound Ifill has started on both sides of the ball since the beginning of his sophomore season. He caught 42 passes for 682 yards and seven touchdowns while also intercepting a pass in his first year as a starter.
Ifill caught 31 passes for 405 yards and three touchdowns during his junior season. He made 37 tackles.
Ifill has scholarship offers from Penn State, Pitt, Michigan, West Virginia, Maryland, Purdue and Connecticut.
The Nittany Lions are recruiting Ifill as a wide receiver while Pitt and Michigan, his current favorites, like him as a cornerback. Ifill was a guest of the PSU staff when the Nittany Lions hosted Michigan State this past season.
