Nittany Network debuted its look at the best Pennsylvania’s class of 2010 has to offer in May with ‘Kurelic’s Keystone 10’.  Then, in July, an updated hierarchy was published.

But bigger is better, especially on the weekends.

So here is Nittany Network’s third in-state prospect ranking: ‘Kurelic’s Keystone 15’ – and we also have scouting video for 14 of the 15 players featured.

The following is a rundown of my current top prospects in the state of Pennsylvania, and how the Nittany Lions are doing in-state:

1. DL Sharrif Floyd (Philadelphia/George Washington)
Schools considering:
Penn State, Florida, USC, South Carolina, North Carolina, Ohio State, Michigan, Boston College and West Virginia
Penn State offer:  Yes
The Skinny:  Floyd made an official visit to Florida and is on one this weekend to USC.  He also plans to make official visits to Penn State, South Carolina and North Carolina.  I continue to like the Nittany Lions’ chances.
